ميدفيلا نظام لإدارة العيادات تستخدمه العيادات لإدارة المواعيد وملفات المرضى والفواتير والموارد البشرية ومحادثات العملاء.

العيادة هي المسؤولة عن بيانات مرضاها، وميدفيلا تعالج هذه البيانات نيابةً عنها ووفق تعليماتها.

البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات حسابات موظفي العيادة: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الجوال والدور في النظام.

بيانات المرضى التي تُدخلها العيادة: الاسم ورقم الجوال والمواعيد والفواتير والملاحظات المتعلقة بالخدمة.

رسائل واتساب: عندما يراسل شخص رقم العيادة على واتساب نستقبل عبر منصة واتساب للأعمال من Meta اسمه ورقم هاتفه ومحتوى الرسالة، ونحفظها ليتمكن موظفو العيادة من الرد.

بيانات تقنية: ملف تعريف ارتباط (Cookie) لتسجيل الدخول، وسجلات تشغيل لأغراض الأمان وإصلاح الأعطال.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

لتشغيل خدمات النظام للعيادة: الحجز والتذكير بالمواعيد والفوترة والرد على استفسارات العملاء.

لإرسال رسائل واتساب التي تطلبها العيادة، مثل تأكيد المواعيد والمتابعة بعد الزيارة، باستخدام قوالب معتمدة من Meta.

لا نبيع البيانات، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نشاركها إلا بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة.

مع من نشارك البيانات

Meta Platforms: لإرسال رسائل واتساب واستقبالها عبر منصة واتساب للأعمال.

مزودو الاستضافة والبنية التحتية الذين نشغّل عليهم النظام، وهم ملزمون بحماية البيانات.

الجهات الرسمية إذا طلب القانون ذلك.

حفظ البيانات وحمايتها

نحفظ البيانات طوال مدة اشتراك العيادة، أو المدة التي يفرضها النظام، مثل حفظ الفواتير لأغراض ضريبية.

تُنقل البيانات مشفرة (HTTPS)، والوصول إلى النظام محصور في موظفي العيادة المصرّح لهم حسب أدوارهم.

حقوقك وطلب حذف البيانات

يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، ومنها رسائل واتساب.

لطلب الحذف أرسل رسالة إلى info@medvella.net بعنوان "طلب حذف بيانات"، واذكر رقم الهاتف أو البريد المرتبط ببياناتك. سنؤكد استلام الطلب وننفذه خلال ٣٠ يوماً، إلا ما يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ به.

إذا كانت بياناتك لدى عيادة تستخدم ميدفيلا يمكنك أيضاً طلب ذلك من العيادة مباشرة.

Who we are

Medvella is a clinic management system that clinics use for appointments, patient records, billing, HR and customer conversations.

The clinic is responsible for its patients’ data; Medvella processes that data on the clinic’s behalf and on its instructions.

Data we collect

Clinic staff accounts: name, email address, mobile number and role in the system.

Patient data entered by the clinic: name, mobile number, appointments, invoices and service notes.

WhatsApp messages: when someone messages a clinic’s WhatsApp number, we receive their name, phone number and the message content through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, and store it so the clinic’s staff can reply.

Technical data: a sign-in cookie, and operational logs used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use data

To run the system’s services for the clinic: booking, appointment reminders, billing, and answering customer enquiries.

To send the WhatsApp messages the clinic requests — such as appointment confirmations and post-visit follow-ups — using Meta-approved templates.

We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it beyond what is needed to run the service.

Who we share data with

Meta Platforms, to send and receive WhatsApp messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform.

The hosting and infrastructure providers the system runs on, who are bound to protect the data.

Authorities, where the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep data for as long as the clinic’s subscription is active, or as long as the law requires — for example, invoices kept for tax purposes.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access is limited to the clinic’s authorised staff according to their role.

Your rights and data deletion

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, including WhatsApp messages.

To request deletion, email info@medvella.net with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the phone number or email address your data is linked to. We will confirm receipt and complete the request within 30 days, except for anything the law requires us to keep.

If your data is held by a clinic that uses Medvella, you can also ask that clinic directly.
