تقدم ميدفيلا نظاماً سحابياً لإدارة المواعيد وملفات المرضى والفواتير والموارد البشرية والتقارير المالية ومحادثات العملاء عبر واتساب وغيره.

الحسابات

تنشئ العيادة حسابات موظفيها وتحدد صلاحياتهم، وهي مسؤولة عن كل ما يتم من خلال هذه الحسابات وعن سرية كلمات المرور.

مسؤوليات العيادة

صحة البيانات التي تُدخلها العيادة ومشروعية جمعها، والحصول على موافقة المرضى حيث يلزم.

الالتزام بسياسات واتساب للأعمال من Meta، ومنها عدم إرسال رسائل تسويقية لمن لم يوافق على استقبالها.

عدم استخدام النظام في أي نشاط مخالف للأنظمة أو لإرسال رسائل مزعجة.

رسائل واتساب

تُرسل رسائل واتساب عبر منصة واتساب للأعمال من Meta، وتخضع لشروطها ولرسومها. الرسائل خارج نافذة الـ٢٤ ساعة تتطلب قوالب معتمدة من Meta.

البيانات والخصوصية

تبقى بيانات العيادة ملكاً لها. نعالج البيانات وفق سياسة الخصوصية المنشورة على medvella.net/privacy.

التوفر وحدود المسؤولية

نبذل جهدنا ليكون النظام متاحاً وآمناً، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّه من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء.

لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة، ولا انقطاع خدمات الأطراف الأخرى مثل واتساب أو مزودي الاستضافة.

إيقاف الخدمة

يمكن للعيادة إيقاف اشتراكها في أي وقت. ويحق لنا إيقاف الحساب عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.

تعديل الشروط

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، ونحدّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه عند كل تعديل.

The service

Medvella provides a cloud system for appointments, patient records, billing, HR, financial reporting, and customer conversations over WhatsApp and other channels.

Accounts

The clinic creates its staff accounts and sets their permissions, and is responsible for everything done through those accounts and for keeping passwords confidential.

The clinic’s responsibilities

The accuracy of the data it enters, the lawfulness of collecting it, and obtaining patients’ consent where required.

Complying with Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies, including not sending marketing messages to people who have not opted in.

Not using the system for unlawful activity or to send spam.

WhatsApp messaging

WhatsApp messages are sent through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and are subject to its terms and fees. Messages outside the 24-hour window require Meta-approved templates.

Data and privacy

The clinic’s data remains the clinic’s. We process data as described in our Privacy Policy at medvella.net/privacy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the system available and secure, but do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors.

We are not liable for indirect damages, or for outages of third-party services such as WhatsApp or hosting providers.

Ending the service

A clinic may cancel its subscription at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms, and will change the “Last updated” date above whenever we do.
